The Quantum Energy Theory on Time
Time is Absolute.
How can it be that, throughout the Universe, time is controlled by the way that one person looks at a time-keeping mechanism like a clock? The Quantum Energy Theory says that it is time that controls the time-keeping mechanism (clock) and not the clock that controls time. The concept that because a clock goes faster or slower due to its speed compared with that of light, or by passing a significant gravitational point, does not mean that time itself is affected but only that the clock is affected.
For example, a pair of pendulum clocks, identical in every respect except for their position on Earth (one is at the North Pole and one on the Equator) will gradually show different times even though started at the same time. The reason is that the one at the North Pole is nearer to the center of the Earth and under slightly greater gravitational pressure than the other. It could be said that gravity is affecting time. However, it is not time that is affected but only the clock! A man made clock works due to the changes of physical state of any one of its component parts, just as we do. However, the clock is not absolutely accurate all the time as it is not working on the basis of the average changes of all the atoms in the Universe.
This also accounts for the apparent slowing of time in the satellite clocks. It is the change in absolute effect of the Earth's gravity (so much less in outer space) that changes to speed of the clocks in space, not time itself.
Time must be absolute for everyone, everywhere. The Principle of Universality says that all the laws of nature, and therefore the time through which they operate, must be the same in all locations of the universe.
Mendel Sachs 17 wrote " the Big Bang demands cosmic time or time from the beginning of time until now. This was incompatible with the concept that time was a subjective parameter, dependent upon a frame of reference from which it is measured."
The Quantum Energy Theory says that the concept of time is the mental recognition of the changes in physical state of the atoms of the Universe and this change is the result of the transfer of photon energy, or the sources of the photon energy such as the electron, the positron or the neutron (electricity, magnetism, gravity) between one atom and another. Each atom has three dimensions, length, height and depth (x,y,z). As each atom receives or gives out energy or the source of that energy, one or more of those dimensions reveals changes in the size of the atom, showing that a change of physical state has occurred. Therefore time itself cannot be the fourth dimension but only the mental recognition of a change in one of the other three. Time cannot go faster or slower than that of the average of all these changes and there is nothing that we can do about it.
The Quantum Energy Theory of time says that time is constant and we are "doing Time because of the COPS."
It is Constant
It was the Greek philosopher Heraclitis of Ephesus who wrote "You can not enter the same river twice." He means, of course, that in between taking your foot out of the river and replacing it into the river, the river has physically changed; the water has moved, the fish have swum, the reeds have swayed etc. However, he was not quite right. What he should have written was "The same you cannot enter the same river twice." For whilst the river is physically changing, so are you.
Everything in the universe is subject to the 'Change Of Physical State' (COPS) all the time. Now a change of physical state,at the atomic level, means that a photon of energy has passed from one atom to another, causing both to have had such a change. Thus a change of Time and the change of physical state of every element of the universe are tied together. The concept of time is the mental recognition that such a change has taken place and does not exist without the change of physical state. How do animals tell the time then for they have no clocks?
The Quantum Energy Theory says that time is the result of the constant motion of the change of physical state of the universe. The rate of change varies between elements and even between the same elements, depending upon outside factors but time and change continue unstoppable. The human body is constantly changing its physical state, very slightly agreed, but changing never-the-less. The skin is shed, the brain has thought, the eyes have seen etc. There is no fraction of time when some part of the body is not changing its physical state.
Sir Arthur Eddington 18 wrote "time can not go backwards but only forwards because at a later time the state of the universe has a greater probability (of entropy) that at an earlier time." Gottfried Wilhelm Leibnz 1646 to 1716 considered that time was an abstraction, invented to help humans order a succession of events. He also co-invented the calculus and had a fight with Newton over the thing called "time". See Workings of the Universe - Time Life Books, page 100.
So if the past is 'after a change of physical state' and the future is 'before a change of physical state', then now is 'between such changes'. Even for us humans, in the factory that is our body, now is such a minute portion of time that it seems never to exist. A second is defined as being the time period during which the caesium atom vibrates (changes physical state) 9,192,631,770 times or cycles. Thus, even in one billionth of a second, the caesium atom has changed its physical state over 9 times. We can add time together, to make a second, hour, week, decade etc, but it is not a now period really but the time during which many changes of physical state have occurred.
The Quantum Energy Theory says that every function in the universe depends upon the movement of time and the change of physical state: all light, elements and motion need them. It is impossible for us to live without them, in our universe.
It is Universal
Our universe is, therefore, tied inexorably to the change of physical state of its atoms. Without these changes there would be no life, no light, no movement, nothing.
Therefore, what caused our universe to exist in the first place? Under current scientific theory, there is what has become known as the multiverse. 19 , the concept of there being one or more other universes apart from our own. This has been conjured up to explain the beginning of our universe as, to date, there has not been found any scientific reason for our being here at all, but, to follow the Law of Causality that says that for something to happen, something else must have made it happen, there must have been something to make our universe exist in the beginning.
So what if there were a universe without time (in our understanding)?
The Quantum Energy Theory says that for a universe to be without time, it would also have to be without the change of physical state. Now, apart from being very different from our own, there is no scientific reason why there could not be a universe that has no time, no change of physical state.
Such a universe would be so advanced over our own that the BEINGS in that universe could be able to create our universe, even if we could not do the reverse, no matter how advanced we were to become. This is because we would need time to create such a universe and therefore not be able to take the concept of time out of our creation whereas they could invent time and the change of physical state for our universe.
This timeless universe we will call Eternity.
So whereas we, under time, are in the past (after a change of physcal state), or in the future (before a change of physical state), yet we are never in the actual now as already shown. They, on the other hand who have no past or future, are always in the now.
We say of ourselves that we are different in the past from how we will be in the future; we will be older due to the passing of time. In Eternity, they would be the same yesterday, today and tomorrow.
Thus we say of ourselves that we were (in the past)"I was" or (in the future) "I will be" but a BEING in Eternity (in the now) says "I AM."
